Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced security guard to control access, conduct patrols, and monitor facilities, respond to emergencies, and follow industrial security protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain access and exit control at company facilities 2. Conduct periodic patrols and monitor facilities using security cameras 3. Respond to emergencies and contingencies as the first point of contact **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:** · Maintain access and exit control for employees, visitors, suppliers, raw material transport vehicles, and finished product transport vehicles entering company facilities. · Conduct periodic patrols of company facilities. · Monitor and supervise company facilities via strategically installed surveillance cameras. · Inspect physical conditions and operational status of fire-fighting equipment. · Respond to emergency and contingency situations as the first point of contact. **Other Roles and Responsibilities:** · Participate in coordinating plant evacuation in case of any contingency. · Follow CTPAT/OEA guidelines established by the Company. · Contribute problem-solving ideas for the area or plant in accordance with the Continuous Improvement Plan. · Report any unsafe acts or conditions, comply with internal policies, and follow required safety, health, and environmental processes. · Halt activities that endanger personal safety/integrity, health, and/or the environment. · Communicate safety, health, and environmental concerns to responsible personnel. **Basic Qualifications:** o ***Education:*** § Completed secondary school o ***Experience:*** § One year of experience as a private security guard. · Industrial safety · Techniques for handling and controlling emergency situations and evacuation plans · First aid · 5S methodology · Ability to serve internal and external customers with empathy and respect to resolve conflicts and demonstrate organizational capability.
