Insurgentes, Chihuahua, Chih. **Job Objective** Manage the commercialization of garbage collection service based on GPS tracking of units, identifying needs and changes during service operation, as well as measuring customer satisfaction. **Functions and Responsibilities – Operational Supervision:** * Completing new customer templates * Answering customer calls and identifying their needs * Addressing customer requests and initiating the process * Monitoring cameras in case of incidents, with prior authorization from DG * Monitoring assigned units to ensure 100% route compliance * Receiving completed and signed customer templates for route assignment * Preparing quotations * Providing customer service * Measuring customer satisfaction * Informing customers of collection day and commercial policies * Notifying the Reception / Counter area to issue garbage collection MEMOs * Validating customer service * Coordinating container delivery * Informing Reception of new customers and routes (units) **Requirements** * Advanced-level customer service skills * Advanced knowledge of GPS monitoring (CMS, EPCOM GPS, Traffilog) * Customer portfolio follow-up * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office knowledge * Intermediate-level Google Earth knowledge * Intermediate-level security camera knowledge Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
