Full job description Grupo Nichos, a specialized services company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a candidate for an important pharmaceutical laboratory: PROMOTION COORDINATOR FOR WORK IN CHAIN PHARMACIES. What are we looking for? Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree (in economics, administration, or health-related fields). Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Excel. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. What is the work schedule? 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Saturday (Fixed day off on Sunday) Your responsibilities will include: Planning and executing demonstration events. Training and developing demonstrators. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Organizing point-of-sale (PDV) routes and strategies. Submitting weekly and monthly reports, as well as tracking achievements and areas for improvement. Providing leadership and motivation to the team. 80% fieldwork, 20% office work.
