Description

Position Summary: Leads a team to achieve financing and insurance targets, manages and negotiates credit agreements, and supports advisors and customers throughout the sales and closing process. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the team to achieve financing and insurance targets 2. Negotiate credit terms and manage documentation 3. Support advisors and customers during sales closing and address inquiries MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive, pre-analyze, and submit credit documentation. * Negotiate credit terms with financial institutions. * Lead the team to achieve financing and insurance targets. * Support the sales team in achieving its objectives. * Monitor the status of pending credit applications to inform advisors about their processing progress. * Assist advisors with their customers to resolve inquiries and support them in closing sales. * Attend to customers during contract signing to explain financing mechanics or any related topics (e.g., loan restructuring, unemployment insurance, etc.). * Review contracts prior to submission to financial institutions. * Maintain tracking records for submitted applications, bank credits, approved or conditional credits, and contract signings per advisor. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES** · Minimum Bachelor’s degree · Results-oriented work experience; credit analysis experience required. **COMPENSATION STRUCTURE** Base salary plus commissions Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term employment contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
