Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare customs entry documents, interpret control plans, and operate specialized software, with an emphasis on communication and proactivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of customs entry documents in accordance with regulations 2. Operation of software for capturing and validating customs entry documents 3. Effective and proactive communication Preparation of customs entry documents in compliance with applicable regulations, legal guidelines, and client requirements, completed accurately and on time to facilitate customs clearance. * Interpretation of control plans * Operation of computerized systems * Software for capturing and validating customs entry documents * Operation of V1 * Units of measurement * Conversions * Fundamentals of foreign trade regulations * Basic knowledge of tariff classification * Organized * Verbal communication across all organizational levels (verbal, written, and electronic) * Proactivity * Flexible working hours * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience ***Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM*** ***Weekly salary: $4,000 MXN (net) plus food vouchers worth $328.47 MXN*** ***Job location: Eje Vial Juan Gabriel*** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $4,000.00 MXN per week Benefits: * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
