**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** The Engineer supports the engineering team in the setup, design, development, or improvement of products and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in engineering principles, demonstrates that is a fast learner, has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, is comfortable working in a hands\-on manufacturing setting, and is motivated to collaborate across departments on a variety of projects. This role is divided between administrative and technical functions. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design \& Development Support * Testing \& Evaluation * System knowledge and troubleshooting * Process Optimization * Technical Support * Self\-Review and Quality Standards * Documentation * Reporting * On time delivery * Collaboration * Problem solving * Internal processes knowledge * Training completion on time and manner **JOB PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design or related field. * 2 years of engineering experience * Able to maintain verbal and written communication in English. * Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning ERP systems. (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS). (Applies for Administrative Team). * Proficient with SolidWorks (Sheet Metal) and other CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD). (Applies for Technical Team). * Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for calculations, data tracking, or reports. * Familiarity with engineering change processes * Strong problem\-solving ability to identify root causes of issues and propose practical, technical solutions. * Capacity to interpret test data and make design adjustments accordingly.
