Through teamwork and your ideas, we will continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future.**Scope** --------- Division (Plant)**Position Type** ------------------ **Job Description** -------------------------- Objective: * Responsible for designing, optimizing, controlling, and managing manufacturing processes safely, efficiently, and at low cost, intervening in production planning based on the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities: * Design shop-floor layout for new projects using AutoCAD * Develop and validate cost savings through Lean methodologies to reduce non-quality costs * Release assembly lines for spare parts production * Optimize machining/assembly processes to reduce cycle time (CT) * Update documentation (FMEA, HAP, HOE, CP) to ensure latest revisions are maintained * Calculate direct labor requirements for production and modify routing sheets to support strategic personnel decisions * Conduct ergonomic and occupational risk analyses to revise standards protecting employee health * Calculate TEEP (Total Effective Equipment Performance) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicators for KPI objective monitoring **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
