As a **Payroll Analyst**, you will be responsible for: * Calculating weekly payroll and extraordinary payroll processes. * Preparing payroll journal entries and benefit accruals. * Preparing payment requisitions with appropriate supporting documentation. * Analyzing and explaining income statements and balance sheets assigned to you. * Analyzing and monitoring reconciliation items. * Preparing forecasts for assigned plants and analyzing variances. * Forecasting cash required for payments. * Calculating severance payments. **To succeed in this position, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Accounting knowledge related to payroll processes. * Advanced Excel skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and/or accounting. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
