Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, organizing, and optimizing distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely parcel delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and effective communication Responsible for supervising, organizing, and optimizing distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parcel shipments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize personnel. • Ensure compliance with scheduled working hours and breaks. • Attend the initial daily operations meeting. • Audit and ensure adherence to processes and to the receiving and unloading operations of LH. • Ensure fuel card handling and delivery processes are executed optimally. • Resolve any questions or issues arising during operations. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Schedule and resolve tasks performed by warehouse service staff, quality control, and package security. • Ensure compliance with regulations. • Implement the continuous improvement system. • Manage petty cash and prepare reimbursement reports, ensuring compliance with expense policy. • Audit package documentation and routes completed. • Carry out the weekly payroll process in accordance with punctuality and attendance procedures. • Address operational and administrative matters. • Work with a positive attitude KNOWLEDGE: • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. • File management. • Process control and auditing. • Petty cash management. • Knowledge of fuel documentation, routes completed, and operational closeout.
