Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision, training, and administration of security, ensuring compliance with regulations and the proper functioning of equipment, as well as coordinating prevention and emergency response programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security guard supervision and management 2. Overall plant security and loss prevention responsibility 3. Coordination of security and emergency training • Maintain up-to-date and promote compliance with Plant Security and Company Safety and Hygiene standards, policies, and procedures • Responsible for supervision and administration of security guards • Responsible for security guard training. • Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of installed security equipment • Responsible for monthly access and CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) backup records. • Maintain statistical records of monthly receipts and shipments • Maintain TAPA standards if required by the branch, in coordination with the Security Supervisor • Conduct and/or assist in special investigations related to reported internal incidents at the plant • Identify and analyze the modus operandi used by the incident perpetrator and develop tactics to prevent recurrence across the entire plant • Responsible for coordinating employee training on emergency situations, emergency brigades, and asset theft. • Develop a specific invoice payment plan and cost-reduction strategies for security guard services and security equipment maintenance. • Collaborate with the Security Supervisor to develop plant loss prevention and security programs, and report preventive actions against assaults, collisions, accidents, etc. • Collaborate with the Mexico Security Supervisor to develop, implement, and monitor all safety and hygiene activities required by customers and municipal, state, and federal authorities. • May coordinate cleaning and maintenance service activities • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. • Carry out any newly assigned tasks and/or projects. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma - Professional Technical Education 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 35 years old Knowledge: Regulatory compliance, CCTV, Procedures, Integrated security, Private security, Supervision, Security supervision Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, escort, guard, watchman, custodian, guard, surveillance
