Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within commercial or sales supervision areas. Completed high school (Bachillerato) as minimum educational qualification. Personal vehicle required for job-related activities. Knowledge of sales performance indicator tracking, team coordination, and operational reporting. Ability to organize, supervise, and follow up with field commercial staff. Responsibilities Supervise the commercial team, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to established guidelines.
