Job Summary: We are seeking a field sales professional with experience in the metal-mechanical and furniture industries, possessing strong prospecting and negotiation skills. Key Highlights: 1. Field sales in the maquiladora sector and new markets 2. Customer prospecting and management responsibilities 3. English proficiency, valid visa, and valid driver's license Company dedicated to manufacturing metal-mechanical products, wooden furniture, and distributing industrial supplies. Responsibilities: * Visiting active customers (primarily in the maquiladora sector) * Prospecting new customers (preferably from other sectors such as construction and real estate) * Gathering customer information / requirements * Preparing quotations * Achieving sales targets * Updating and maintaining the company website and social media platforms * Preparing reports for management review Requirements: * Proven field sales experience * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of materials * Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, or related field * Proficiency in operating standard automobiles * Proficiency in computer software applications * Familiarity with social media platforms * English proficiency (to communicate with U.S. clients) * Valid Lasser visa * Valid driver's license Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation: Base salary + commissions Salary: $15,200.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
