This position requires a high responsiveness level to resolve incidents and maintain efficiency of IT assets in corporate offices and satellite locations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Incident Management:** Address and resolve hardware, software, network, and printing system technical requests in accordance with service-level agreements. * **Executive Support:** Provide on-site technical assistance, ensuring proper functionality of audiovisual equipment and connectivity during meetings. * **Infrastructure Maintenance:** Perform diagnostics, preventive, and corrective maintenance on computing devices and peripherals across multiple operating systems. * **Documentation and Control:** Document technical procedures and assist in managing inventories, software licenses, and corporate technology assets. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. * Knowledge of networks (WAN/LAN/Wi\-Fi), telephony, and audiovisual equipment. * Experience with ticketing tools and office productivity software. * Proficiency in Excel for technical reporting. * **Additional Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel as required by operational needs. * Effective Communication: Ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally.
