Ensuring safety compliance among logistics staff and transport drivers. **Chihuahua, Chihuahua** **Logistics and Procurement Coordinator** **Job Objective** Optimize the supply chain and availability of assets (construction materials and supplies) through rigorous planning, ensuring that material and technical resources are delivered to the right location at the right time to prevent delays in the construction schedule, while controlling costs and complying with safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics of materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel. * Maintain accurate inventory records to prevent work stoppages due to material shortages. * Respond swiftly to supply chain delays or unexpected weather events. * Adjust material deliveries according to project phases (foundation, structure, finishing) to avoid bottlenecks or unnecessary accumulation at sites with limited space. * Procure and purchase materials and supplies from suppliers, ensuring cost optimization. * Ensure all logistics staff and external transport drivers comply with personal protective equipment requirements and safety protocols upon entering the construction site. * Monitor actual material consumption against budgeted amounts to detect material leakage, petty theft, excessive waste, and manage waste disposal to meet environmental compliance requirements. * Manage claims and warranties with manufacturers or equipment lessors in case of technical failures in new or rented equipment. **Candidate Requirements** * Completed degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in operational coordination, transportation, or resource management—preferably within the construction industry. * Experience in procurement, invoicing, quotation preparation, and supplier interaction. * Knowledge of construction materials, supplies, and resources (preferably in residential or urban development projects). * Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel and Microsoft Office suite). * ERP system experience (Enkontrol preferred). * Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade laws, if the project involves imports. **Salary negotiable.** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday.** **Immediate availability.** **Statutory benefits.** Salary: Starting at $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
