**Sears is seeking a Sales Manager at Plaza Chihuahua - Chihuahua, Chihuahua** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS PLAZA CHIHUAHUA IS SEEKING: SALES MANAGER IN JEWELRY REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as assistant manager or manager in a jewelry boutique or department; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred — ideally with stores such as Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool, Sears, Suburbia, El Puerto de Liverpool, El Palacio de los Números, or international chains like Swarovski, Tous, Pandora, Bizarro, Berger, Cartier, Tiffany & Co. * Key knowledge: Sales strategy, team supervision and training. * Sales and KPIs: Proficiency in metrics including average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, etc.; inventory management, control, and auditing of high-value merchandise. * Expertise in the perfumery department. * Availability: Monday through Sunday. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure achievement of the department’s monthly sales targets. * Develop and train staff in consultative selling techniques and personalized customer service. * Guarantee an exceptional customer experience grounded in trust and product expertise. * Supervise product displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines. * Manage inventory to ensure product availability and loss prevention. * Implement security policies for proper handling of high-value merchandise. * Coordinate with concessioned or external brands, where applicable within the point of sale.
