If you enjoy challenges, thrive in industrial environments, and wish to earn an excellent income, keep reading!** **What does this position entail?** You will be fully responsible for the cafeteria at Santa Bárbara. You will manage food services for mine personnel, lead your team, control costs and inventories, and ensure every diner receives high-quality service while complying with hygiene and food safety standards. **What will you do daily?** * Lead, supervise, and schedule shifts for cafeteria staff (cooks, assistants, service personnel, and cleaning staff). * Ensure food service delivery according to scheduled times, portion sizes, and quality standards. * Manage food and supply inventories using the FIFO method. * Monitor shrinkage, waste, and per-diner costs. * Prepare operational and financial cafeteria reports. * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Propose process improvements, service enhancements, and cost-control measures. **What do you need?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial cafeterias * Experience leading operational staff. * FULL availability to live at the camp. ← MANDATORY * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and shrinkage tracking. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * H or HACCP certification (desirable but not mandatory). * Service-oriented attitude, leadership capability, and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to handle service billing. **What do we offer?** · $20,000 net per month · $5,000 based on KPI achievement * Meals INCLUDED during your camp stay. * Work cycle: 21 working days \+ 7 days off at home. * Direct employment with Snotra SC (an established company).
