




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to verify, repair, and deliver computer equipment, as well as assist with general branch operations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for equipment management and service documentation. **Technical Support (Equipment Repair)** **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of **$10,000** * **METRICS BONUS** * Statutory benefits **Schedule**: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in systems, computer science (incomplete) or related technical field. * Knowledge of verification, repair, and delivery of computer equipment. * Experience in technology or computer equipment sales. * Proficiency in Excel. * HP certifications. * Teamwork skills. * Knowledge of equipment disassembly, preventive and corrective maintenance. Activities: * Perform verification, repair, and delivery of computer equipment. * Assist the branch with all general branch operations (cleaning, reporting, logbooks, and inventories). * Track parts (incoming and outgoing from the branch). * Prevent customer complaints filed with PROFECO due to poor service. * Provide excellent customer service. * Generate documentation and billing for services rendered (service order, invoice, etc.). **Work Location** Near Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, San Lorenzo, Tlanepantla.
