**NAPS México is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Electronic Industry in Juarez \- Juárez, Chihuahua** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **OBJECTIVE** With an overall view of quality system effectiveness, quality assurance tools, and quality control capabilities, guides and leads regional teams in a holistic approach to achieve desired customer service and regulatory compliance. Directs quality planning, risk management, customer complaints, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve overall performance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provides overall quality oversight and leadership in the region. Based on customer and corporate requirements, ensures regulatory compliance and necessary capabilities within the region. * Drives quality presence within customer organization teams, capturing regulatory and customer requirements. * Ensures quality planning principles and tools are implemented in every new product introduction project, guaranteeing appropriate risk mitigation measures are applied. * Supports customer audits, monitors performance indicators, and drives implementation of identified corrective and preventive actions to improve overall customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. * Develops and trains on methods, best practices, and tools together with regional PQEs and SQEs to achieve desired quality performance. **KNOWLEDGE** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in fields related to quality management.
