




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant willing to support troubleshooting repairs, construction tasks, and tool management. Key Highlights: 1. Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and teamwork **Corrective and Construction Maintenance:** * Assist in repairing minor malfunctions. * Support painting and finishing work on buildings. * Collaborate on minor construction or renovation tasks, such as equipment installation or preparation of new areas. * Transport, move, and arrange furniture, equipment, and materials as needed. **Tool and Work Area Management:** * Load, carry, and unload materials and tools. * Maintain and care for equipment and tools in good working condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized before, during, and after each activity. * Report required materials and tools to the immediate supervisor for inventory replenishment. ***Requirements*** **Experience:** Prior experience (not mandatory) in similar roles or manual labor (e.g., construction, various trades) is desirable. **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of trades (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting) and safe use of hand and power tools. **Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions. * Manual dexterity and ability to solve basic problems. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and willingness to assist with diverse tasks. * Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and work effectively in teams. **Physical Requirements:** Capacity to perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, and work under varied conditions (e.g., heights, confined spaces).
