Job Description: We are seeking a **Field Technical Support** professional to provide direct user assistance, resolve hardware and software incidents, and ensure the proper operation of company equipment and systems. \- Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Support operating systems (Windows / macOS, as applicable). * Handle and follow up on support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Document incidents and applied solutions. \- Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of on-site technical support experience. * Basic networking knowledge (cabling, IP addressing). * Proficiency with support tools. * Willingness to travel. * Strong service attitude and effective communication skills with users. \- Desired Skills * Problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and follow-up skills * Friendly and professional user interaction * Teamwork \- We Offer * Fixed monthly salary of 12,000 pesos, tax-free \+ travel allowances. * Monthly productivity bonus (up to 6,000 pesos) * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training.
