Ensure timely shipment processing, strict compliance with security and customs regulations, and provide essential operational support for cargo flights while maintaining efficient and continuous communication with the Coordinator regarding various DHL operational processes. **Your Responsibilities:** Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, you will perform the following functions: **Warehouse** * Inspect, sort, weigh, measure, and document shipments. * Safely build and reconfigure Unit Load Devices (ULDs). * Verify third-party services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Maintain DHL equipment in an organized manner and conduct stock controls. **Ramp** * Supervise and coordinate activities on the platform as designated by the Turn Around Coordinator. * Verify that third parties operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for loading and unloading cargo from aircraft, ensuring correct and safe distribution per AGOM. **Import** * Receive and validate import Air Waybills (AWBs). * Coordinate with customs agents for cargo release. * Classify and deliver cargo in accordance with local regulations and internal procedures. * Record and track discrepancies or incidents related to imported cargo. **Export** * Review AWB documentation and ensure compliance with customs requirements. * Coordinate with consolidators and customs agents for export clearance. * Prepare cargo for international flights, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and security. * Validate cargo manifests and close flights in accordance with IATA and DHL regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Profile:** * High school diploma. * 0\-2 years of ramp and warehouse experience within customs environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred. * Ability to work effectively in a team, with attention to detail, organizational skills, proactivity, adaptability, and commitment. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and Airside Awareness preferred.
