Summary: This role involves leading month-end close processes, preparing reconciliations, tracking capital spending, and assisting with external audits, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highlights: 1. Lead month-end closing processes and prepare reconciliations 2. Perform ad hoc analysis and assist with external audits 3. Work with cross-functional leaders and provide support ***In this role, you will:*** * Lead the month\-end closing process including journal entry preparation for multiple locations * Prepare all the month end reconciliation and account analysis * Track Capital spending * Perform ad hoc analysis * Assist in coordination of deliverables to external auditors * Work with cross function leaders and provide applicable support when requested * Maintain records in accordance with company policy * Other duties as assigned **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred; in lieu of degree, 5\-10\+ years of relevant experience required * 3\+ years of accounting experience * Established analytical skills with ability to communicate findings to team * Experience with integrated ERP Systems * Some experience with american tax accounting * Fluent english **Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting * Prepare and analyze financial reports for decision\-making * Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data * Work independently and collaboratively within a team Sueldo: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 al día Experiencia: * Contabilidad americana: 2 años (Deseable) Idioma: * inglés fluido (Deseable) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
