Position Summary: We are seeking an MEP / Installations Engineer committed to full responsibility for operational supervision, planning, execution, and project coordination on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead supervision and execution of MEP installations on site. 2. Technical and interdisciplinary coordination of projects. 3. Comprehensive contractor management and quality control. *We are a Project Management Office committed to full and total accountability, enabling the success of our projects.* We are currently launching a project at the Torreón Airport, Coah. We are looking for an: **MEP / Installations Engineer** **Main Responsibilities:** * On-site presence and operational supervision * MEP planning and execution on site * Technical and project control * Technical coordination and engineering clash detection * Interdisciplinary clash detection and coordination * Contractor management and contractual control * Change and risk management * Quality, safety, and commissioning * Administrative coordination **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Mechanical installations: HVAC, fire protection systems, ductwork, pumps, etc. * Electrical installations: switchboards, wiring, lighting, grounding, etc. * Plumbing and sanitary installations. * National and international standards (NOM, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE). * Proficiency in drawings and design software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP). * Quality control and equipment testing. * Contractor management and progress monitoring. * Industrial safety applicable to MEP installations. * Quality control and testing (Commissioning) **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or related field. * Specialization or diploma in MEP installations is desirable. * Relevant technical certifications (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, etc.) are a plus. **Required Experience** * 4–6 years of experience in MEP installation supervision or coordination on site. * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. * Coordination across multiple disciplines and contractor management.
