**Location:** Madera Chihuahua * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Valid official identification **Required knowledge and experience:** * User-level technical support * Point-to-point migration of Windows equipment * Data backup * Image installation using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with Windows Registry Editor * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User permission management * Antivirus configuration * Collection of evidence and on-site service signatures * Execution of procedures following technical guides **Additional skills:** * Leadership * Team coordination * Customer service and oral problem resolution **Required tools:** * Drill with metal drill bit **We offer:** * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: Starting at $600.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
