This role provides comprehensive support and resolves requests related to **payroll, human resources, benefits, and systems**, ensuring an empathetic, professional, and results-oriented service experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle confidential employee phone calls and emails. * Resolve or route requests related to: * Payroll, pay stubs, and direct deposit * PTO, time, and attendance * Benefits (enrollments, deductions, ID cards) * System access, passwords, and basic HR system support * Follow internal and client escalation protocols. * Route documentation (e.g., medical leaves, LOA, workers’ compensation, etc.). * Conduct verbal employment verifications. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. * Support special departmental projects and other assigned responsibilities. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus). * **Experience:** 1 year in customer service or similar roles. * **English proficiency level:** **Advanced C1 (mandatory)**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient time management. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to manage multiple requests. **\#**CSR25 Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your English proficiency level?
