Main Responsibilities 360° Commercial Management: Prospecting and placement of high-value banking products (payroll portability, corporate loans, premium credit cards, and insurance). Market Strategy: Business development through field prospecting, corporate visits, and branch-based service (Hybrid Model). Client Retention: Managing, monitoring, and deepening relationships with active clients to ensure long-term engagement. Goal Achievement: Focus on productivity and financial profitability metrics. Desired Profile Experience: Minimum 1 year in financial sector sales or foreign exchange trading Education: Completed high school diploma minimum Competencies: Excellent verbal fluency, high-level negotiation skills, and strong goal-orientation under pressure.
