Job Summary: Supervises the security team, controls cash flows, and implements controls to detect policy violations at branches, investigating fraud indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in security and coordination of team responsibilities. 2. Management of administrative controls and fraud detection. 3. Effective communication and conflict resolution. *Location: Chihuahua* * **Challenges You’ll Face:** * Supervise the Security Team and coordinate its responsibilities within the department to achieve established objectives. * Supervise cash flow control for Sales and Service staff, cash flow, and subsequent preventive measures. * Supervise compliance with Company policies and procedures across various branch positions. * Implement field and branch controls aimed at detecting policy violations. * Maintain effective communication with the Sales and Service area to align with policies and procedures and resolve conflict situations impacting the business. * Review all fraud indicators and investigate them to report findings. * **If You Possess the Following Qualifications:** * Time management skills * Planning and organization * Administrative management * Honesty and responsibility * Flexibility * Knowledge of the city / work area * Basic accounting * Experience in hazard identification and risk assessment, * Supplier and contractor risk assessment, Safety & Hygiene Commission, Internal Civil Protection Committee, Incident / accident investigation and follow-up, * Field risk assessment, * Office risk assessment, * Document control, * Continuous improvement actions for the management system, * Training in Personal Health and Safety. * Completed bachelor’s degree * **Live the Provident Experience:** Our teams’ compensation is competitive within our industry, providing economic well-being and comprehensive security for you and your family through a broad value proposition.
