Knowledge of construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and technical specifications. Mandatory experience with **Revit.** Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NOM, and local codes. **Main Responsibilities:** Thermal load calculations, design of chilled water HVAC systems, evaluating cost\-benefit. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Documentation and process tracking.
