




**SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Coordinate training activities on the use of company resources to enable employees to efficiently perform their duties, and develop employee competencies, skills, and abilities through a training program resulting from an effective training needs assessment. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position within the Maquiladora Industry. **SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS:** * General knowledge of employee retention and turnover strategies. * STPS requirements related to general working conditions, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), NOM\-035 (Mexican Official Standard), payroll, and advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Trainer certifications or certifications. **SECTION IV: MAIN AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide training and instruction on operational processes, strategies, and controls to all department operators. * Ensure the control and maintenance of mobile equipment operator licenses. * Develop training plans and strategies, budgets, and alignment with operational and legal needs. * Implement employee recognition programs. * Monitor plant labor cases and implement the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). * Prepare reports, manage turnover and absenteeism, and conduct activities related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and training. * Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015\. * Comply with established safety rules according to your role. Complete planned training related to Quality and Training.
