




Experience and knowledge in crepes and coffee bar area required **Crepero/a:** Functions and responsibilities * Prepare crepe batter following company recipes and standards. * Prepare and keep ready all ingredients for sweet and savory fillings. * Cook crepes uniformly on the crepe griddle, ensuring precise cooking. * Assemble crepes with fillings requested by the customer. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment. * Guarantee food quality and hygiene in all foods and processes. Requirements * Experience in food preparation, ideally crepes (preferred). * Knowledge of different recipes and fillings (sweet and savory). * Ability to work quickly and efficiently. * Ability to follow recipes and food safety and hygiene regulations. * Customer service skills.
