Logistics Technician for the Oil \& Gas sector
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position performing the following activities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle maintenance programs.
Schedule movements and transportation to onshore and offshore wells.
Manage and assist with maritime dock operations for delivery of materials, documents, or personnel.
Plan routes and optimize distribution, considering the geographical complexity of operations.
Ensure that all transportation, storage, and material handling operations comply with strict safety, environmental, and commercial regulations.
Duties:
* Track shipments, personnel transportation, and collection of various requirements for work lines and departments in general.
* Prepare documentation for compliance and tracking of each vehicle unit.
* Assist in scheduling vehicle units of the company for maintenance.
* Record fuel consumption control for vehicle units.
* Request, collect, review, prepare, and submit necessary documentation to fulfill certification programs for baskets and lifting equipment.
* Schedule, plan, and execute deliveries of materials to offshore and onshore wells.
* Submit requests for payment of dock or union fees.
* Assist in material collection.
* Retrieve materials from onshore and offshore well facilities.
* Safeguard shipping and unloading forms for equipment and personnel.
* Schedule appointments with customs brokers for centralizer pipe shipments.
* Achieve departmental KPIs.
* Transport materials and/or personnel using company vehicles.
Salary: 13,000 to 15,000 Mexican Pesos per month.
