***ARE YOU A RECENT INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING GRADUATE AND WOULD YOU LIKE TO START YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY?*** **WE ARE SEEKING: OPERATIONAL TRAINER** **Job Objective** Ensure proper training of operational staff through the implementation of training programs that develop technical knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the safe, efficient, and productive operation of machinery and equipment, thereby contributing to the optimal utilization of Valle Redondo’s production resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver training to operational staff on processes, machinery, and equipment. * Promote safe work practices and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Reinforce operational knowledge to improve efficiency and productivity. * Monitor trained personnel and identify areas for improvement. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date training records and evidence. **Required Profile** * Education: Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering (Mandatory) * Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and take mid-week days off (Mandatory) No prior experience required.
