




Job Description Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, staff supervision, operational control, customer service, and achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily restaurant operations * Coordinate and lead the team (kitchen, bar, and waitstaff) * Manage inventory, supplies, and suppliers * Handle cash management, daily closings, and sales control * Supervise food quality and customer service * Prepare staff schedules, incident reports, and assist with payroll * Resolve conflicts with customers and staff * Implement operational improvements and growth strategies * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor * Leadership and personnel management skills * Basic administrative knowledge (sales, inventory, cash handling) * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude * Responsibility, honesty, and commitment * Ability to work under pressure * Flexible availability Desirable * Experience in restaurants * Basic knowledge of cost control and waste management * Sales and customer service skills.
