Receive requests regarding latent defects and provide solutions in coordination with suppliers, delivering feedback to involved departments. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate post-sales staff (on-site representatives) * Guarantee post-sale customer service by managing and supervising warranty operations and resolution of latent defects in apartments and common areas. * Monitor the performance of property management in delivered developments. * Ensure that customer-reported issues fall within applicable warranty periods. * Supervise resolution of customer complaints. * Track, supervise, and control checklists performed on apartments and common areas in completed developments. * Supervise checklists for common areas and handover to property management. * Control costs and expenses associated with post-sales services; review material estimates and requisitions.
