We aim to welcome to our team a **commercial executive specialized in consultative sales of custom technological solutions**, with an entrepreneurial mindset, consultative skills, and experience identifying, managing, and closing complex implementation projects. **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Information Technologies, Computer Systems, or related fields (preferred). * **Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales of custom software, ERP systems, application development, automation solutions, integrations, or similar technology products.** * Solid understanding of **process automation (RPA), databases, APIs, integrations, enterprise solution development**, and technology trends. * Ability to understand each client’s needs, design suitable solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal, closing, and implementation. * Experience in market expansion, proactive acquisition of new clients, and B2B relationships. * Results-oriented profile, resilient, with creative thinking, strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. * Ideally focused on SME growth. **Responsibilities** * Actively prospect new clients (high-potential SMEs) and build value-driven relationships. * Provide personalized advisory support throughout the sales process: need identification, tailored proposals, follow-up, and closing. * Prepare commercial proposals aligned with the appropriate technical solution and internally validate them before formalizing with the client. * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions. * Implement sales and positioning strategies to drive the company’s commercial growth. * Record and track activities in the CRM; interpret and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Attend networking, marketing, and business relationship events to strengthen the client portfolio. **We Offer** * **Attractive commission scheme per closed project.** * **Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements.** * **Hybrid work arrangement.** Are you passionate about technology, skilled at connecting solutions with real-world needs, and excited to work in a growing company? **Apply now and grow with us.** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application question(s): * What do you understand by custom software? * What special characteristics does custom software have?
