**Grupo Industrial Boreas S.A. de C.V.** is seeking: **Unit Price Analyst** with at least 3 years of verifiable experience in cost analysis, preparation of technical-economic proposals, and participation in public or private construction tenders. **Education:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **Requirements:** * Flexible working hours. * Knowledge in cost analysis. * At least 3 years of experience in tenders. * Field construction execution experience. * Proficiency in Autocad and/or Civilcad 2020 or later versions. * Knowledge of Opus and/or Neodata 2020 or later software. * Understanding of equipment and labor productivity rates. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for database management, pivot tables, and dynamic charts. * General knowledge of specifications and characteristics of materials, supplies, tools, machinery, and equipment used in construction processes. * Familiarity with applicable legislation, regulations, and standards in the field. **General Responsibilities (descriptive but not limited to):** * Prepare **unit price analysis** for tender budgets and projects. * Participate in **clarification meetings** and review of technical documents. * Calculate **indirect costs, financing, profit, and construction schedules**. * Coordinate with the construction department to validate **prices, materials, and processes** used in analyses. * Ensure **consistency and accuracy** of data used in each proposal. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Free uniforms. * Collaborative and professional work environment. **Job Address:** * Calle 8, Parque Industrial Deit Mantaza 12, Lote 4, Puerta 2, Anacleto Canabal 1ra.
