What requirements should you have? * **At least two years of warehouse experience.** * Proficient in computer usage and Office software. * **Knowledge of the ODOO system (preferred).** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Receiving materials. * Inventory control, receiving items against purchase orders and supplier invoices. * Interacting with suppliers. * Recording physical and system entries and exits of materials and tools (using Odoo). * Filing physical documents and uploading digital documents to the project folder. * Creating custody documents, transfers, returns, exit passes, and personnel releases. * Preparing equipment or tool responsibility letters. * Document control.
