We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician and Machinist.** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of production processes, guaranteeing bale production in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions. Additionally, safely and efficiently execute internal and external logistics processes at the collection center, including proper forklift handling. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma with technical training in electromechanical, industrial, or related fields (NOT engineering). * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and industrial mechanical maintenance (mandatory). * Experience operating general production machinery (preferred). * Experience operating presses (preferred). * Experience managing personnel (preferred). * Proficient forklift operation and handling (mandatory). **Benefits:** * 100% IMSS contribution * IMSS subsidized by the company * 3% savings fund * Vacation days as per labor law * Monthly grocery vouchers * 25% vacation bonus * 17 days of year-end bonus **Location:** Hidalgo Logistic Park, Los Mochis, Sinaloa.
