Job Summary: Provides basic training to operational personnel and Salary new hires in critical operations, following work instructions and training manuals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Trains personnel in critical operations 2. Trains new and existing personnel 3. Use of SAP and ISO9001/TL9000 Provides basic training to both new and existing operational personnel in the critical operations listed in the training matrix. Trains personnel based on work instructions and training manuals. Provides training to Salary new hires in the Engineering departments. **Education and Experience Required** * Completed high school. **Required Competencies** * ISO9001/TL9000 * SAP * Train-the-Trainer * Basic Safety * Code of Ethical Conduct * Proactive * Analytical * Disciplined * Teamwork * Organized * Basic Microsoft Word and Excel * Must be capable of working with minimal supervision
