To guarantee compliance with established quality, safety, and delivery-time standards, as well as to lead a team of operators during their work shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and schedule daily and weekly activities and processes to ensure that material assembly and welding operations meet specifications. * Assign and supervise tasks to subordinates, verifying achievement of productivity goals and targets, as well as required quantities for each manufacturing project. * Ensure availability of necessary resources and allocate them appropriately according to engineering-provided drawings and technical sheets. * Guarantee adherence to the scheduled production process and established quality standards. * Verify the availability and condition of tools, equipment, and machinery to properly execute assigned processes. * Report maintenance needs for machinery, tools, and equipment under one’s area of responsibility. * Conduct technical welding tests on candidates and determine their skill level or category based on performance. * Train subordinates in high-quality welding techniques and efficient material utilization. * Supervise the quality of processed materials. * Enforce safety, hygiene, and discipline regulations to prevent risks or accidents. * Assign and supervise tasks to subordinates, verifying achievement of productivity goals and indicators. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY THROUGH THIS PLATFORM OR VIA WHATSAPP AT 5637912421** Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $3,000.00 – $3,500.00 per week Benefits: * Food vouchers Experience: * Welding Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site
