A metal-mechanical engineering, construction, and installation company is seeking a RECRUITER. Key responsibilities: * Respond to personnel requests issued by site managers or supervisors. * Develop and validate job profiles according to the needs of each project. * Conduct **field recruitment** (local job boards, job fairs, leafleting, referrals, social media, etc.). * Post and promote operational and technical vacancies on digital platforms and local media. * Interview and screen candidates for operational positions (e.g., masons, welders, painters, laminators, assistants, etc.) and administrative roles. * Coordinate final interviews with site managers and follow up on hiring decisions. * Assist in verifying employment references and background checks. * Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, effective sourcing channels, probationary-period turnover, etc. **Required knowledge:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting operational, technical, or field personnel within the construction or industrial sector. * Fieldwork experience. * Personnel management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job portals (OCC, Indeed, Facebook Jobs, Computrabajo, etc.). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Experience in the construction industry. * Ability to drive. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Valid driver’s license.
