Assessment of children's development and preparation of reports A company dedicated to childcare services is seeking an **Educational Coordinator** (Educator) **:** *\-Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education (degree certificate and/or professional license) Minimum 1 year of experience in daycare centers (preferred) Experience or interest in personnel management Passion for working with children, responsibility, and teamwork \-Responsibilities: ✓ Coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily pedagogical planning for each group according to children's ages, developmental levels, and IMSS guidelines. ✓ Support and advise educational staff in implementing activities, routines, and pedagogical strategies. ✓ Supervise that the educational environment in classrooms is safe, stimulating, affectionate, and respectful. ✓ Observe and provide feedback on the teaching practices of educational assistants, promoting their continuous improvement. ✓ Assess children's holistic development through observation, follow-up tools, and records. ✓ Prepare and submit monthly pedagogical reports, as well as special reports when required. ✓ Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for educational staff on topics including pedagogy, child development, inclusion, and dignified treatment, among others. ✓ Timely identification of developmental delays or special educational needs and referral according to protocol. ✓ Coordinate the compilation and safeguarding of pedagogical documentation (lesson plans, assessments, reports). \-We Offer: Work schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (including 40-minute lunch break) Occasional Saturday attendance for training purposes Biweekly salary: $5,700\.00, tax-free Statutory benefits: Social Security, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, and vacation time Uniform provided Position type: Full-time Monthly salary: $11,400\.00 Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
