With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Provide high-quality service based on honesty and confidentiality, focused on the well-being and holistic health of plant personnel. **Location:** Huichihuayán, S.L.P. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Willingness to relocate **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and consolidate clinical records of plant personnel and new hires through interviews and physical examinations to ensure regulatory compliance. * Identify, assess, and monitor staff’s physical condition for early detection of chronic degenerative diseases, thereby maintaining control over follow-up and health history. * Implement the annual Occupational Safety and Health Training Program and ensure orientation for new hires. * Inspect compliance with Cardinal Rules (use of PPE, fall protection systems, energy control systems, high-risk work permits, prohibition of alcoholic beverages and psychoactive substances). **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Knowledge of basic care equipment or instruments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits.
