DESCRIPTION The Inspection Technician II (IE) coordinates and implements reliability programs, performs engineering and reliability activities at assigned plants for static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical and instrumentation (E\&I) equipment, systems, and associated facilities. These activities are carried out to achieve asset availability and cost performance objectives, in accordance with company goals and industry standards. i. Extensive knowledge of process plant operations, maintenance, design, and project management in the petrochemical industry. ii. Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and systems, as well as performance history. iii. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) iv. Knowledge of Hazards and Operability Studies (HAZOP) v. Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements. vi. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel. vii. Practical knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. viii.
