Job Summary: Commercial Supervisor for a leading automotive parts company, responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and negotiating with customers. Los Pinos, Ahome, Los Mochis, Sinaloa. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Knowledge of the products we sell and the automobiles/brands in which they are used * Knowledge of the market within our niche (automotive engine and brake parts) * Strategy development and objective setting, preparation of sales budgets. * Development of strategies for moving slow-moving inventory * Planning and control of organizational objectives * Office ACTIVITIES: * Negotiate discounts for special customers (see Discount Table). * Assign or change the sales territory for a Sales Advisor. * Hire Sales Advisors. * Approve credit applications before forwarding them to Credit and Collections. * Conduct negotiations with customers regarding overdue collections. * Conduct negotiations with customers regarding returns and warranties outside established policy. * Measure and evaluate sales force performance weekly and monthly. * Coordinate sales representatives’ work plans: daily, weekly, monthly, and annual. * Conduct cash audits or reconciliations for Sales Advisors. * Achieve, coordinate, and increase the sales and profit percentage according to the annual sales plan. * Diagnose and analyze problems to improve sales operations efficiency and propose cost-effective solutions for the company. * Analyze sales volume, costs, and profits. **WE OFFER**: * Weekly salary payment * Monthly productivity bonus * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Vacation entitlement starting from the 4th month * Company loans * One paid Saturday off per month * Birthday leave **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, four hours in the morning INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL OR SEND A WHATSAPP MESSAGE TO 3321653045 WITH PHOTOS OF THEIR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM OR RESUME Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
