Execute and supervise correct receipt, storage, and organization of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products. Validate reliability of bulk, yaravitas, raw materials, pallets, and finished product inventories on the shop floor through cycle counts. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Ensure proper placement of products in warehouses. * Control and supervise forklift operator functions, ensuring traceability of product flow. * Generate inventory reports (daily production report, bulk carry-forward, procote, yaravitas, and bagged products). * Ensure correct documentation of product entries and exits at the site. * Register production receipts in the system. * Receive and manage requests for material blocking/unblocking. * Perform inventory adjustments arising from discrepancies between physical and system inventory (finished products, raw materials, spare parts, bulk goods, PPE, and third-party warehouses). * Responsible for material movement between warehouses. * Preserve stored product quality by verifying physical conditions and cleanliness, and reporting any deviations. * Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch departments to ensure continuous material flow. * Maintain inventory location according to the site’s current layout; manage optimal stock levels of raw materials, spare parts, and bulk products to ensure operational continuity. * Measure and record key variables to define and monitor departmental KPIs. * Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects within the department. * Implement 5S-based housekeeping and organization routines. * Comply with and enforce HESQ standards, Golden Rules, and safety standards. * Participate in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of the area. **Profile** ----------- Degree in Industrial Processes Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Inventory Management. Relevant experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and proven experience leading high-performing teams.
