Verify that all routes leaving/arriving at the COP report the same quantity of items entering/exiting, whether collected, delivered, or both, and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft\.Obtain information on items with discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliation\. Identify each waybill with an incident, question the operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability\.Issue records for all items remaining on the platform\. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending departure to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and ensure all items have a pending record on the platform\.Analyze fuel performance for route TR2\. Perform daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft\.Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and send the daily report at the time of closing reconciliations and completing fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the operator/route involved to prevent recurrence.

To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending departure to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and ensure all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). Provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and send the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing issues to prevent recurrence.
