Experience in management, logistics, and personnel management **A parcel and courier company is seeking a Branch Manager for Los Mochis.** **Job Objective:** Ensure basic operational processes such as documentation, delivery occurrence, dispatch and receipt of route vehicles, as well as administrative, commercial, and human resources processes—with the primary objective of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining service quality. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar managerial positions. * Experience in the parcel and courier industry. * Knowledge of logistics and operations, cargo handling. * Experience in personnel management, performance indicator monitoring, and customer service. **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
