Flight Rostering / Slot Coordination* Prepare and update flight rosters and distribute them to relevant operational and administrative departments. * Coordinate slots with the appropriate authorities in a timely manner to ensure landing, servicing, and takeoff occur according to schedules. * Monitor air-to-ground communications to provide timely and reliable information to flight crews. Weight and Balance Preparation* Perform weight and balance calculations reliably according to each client’s procedures. * Implement last-minute changes and communicate them to involved departments. * File and store flight documentation according to company and client policies, respecting established timelines and formats. Flight Supervision * Plan flights based on received operational messages and inform ramp personnel and other departments about required equipment and staff for service delivery. Pre-flight Briefing to PIC.* Supervise aircraft loading and general services to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the aircraft’s time on the ground until it reaches its next destination. * Verify that work procedures in various operational areas are executed as required by the client. Flight Plan Coordination * Coordinate flight plans timely to ensure aircraft departure authorization as planned. * Store resulting documentation within established timeframes. Control of ULDs and Client Supplies* Maintain ULD inventory and submit reports at intervals specified by the client. * Maintain stationery and equipment inventories according to required minimums and maximums.
