**Production Line Supervisor** **Profile we are seeking:** * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **2 to 3 years of verifiable experience** as a production supervisor in **food or agro-industrial plants (mandatory)**. * Direct experience managing process lines, packaging, or product selection. * **Practical knowledge of:** * Line yields (waste, downtime, productivity). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Production line control and balancing. * Management and supervision of operational personnel. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure proper operation of the production line. * Coordinate and assign operational personnel according to skills and line requirements. * Ensure achievement of production, performance, and product quality targets. * Monitor floor-level indicators: productivity, waste, downtime, and efficiency. * Identify process deviations and implement immediate corrective actions. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to prevent line stoppages. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and operational discipline in the work area. * Report daily results and track personnel and production incidents. **We offer:** * Base weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Transportation service. * Productivity bonus based on indicator achievement.
